Terms of Service

GP Check ("we", "us") is a service operated by Vyzer that provides business-diligence reports on private fund sponsors, including general partners of private equity, private credit, and real estate funds. By using GP Check you agree to these Terms.

GP Check is intended for business diligence on funds, fund sponsors, and the individuals associated with them in their professional capacity.

Reports are not consumer reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). You may not use GP Check, or any output of GP Check, for decisions about employment, insurance underwriting, credit, housing, education, or any other purpose covered by the FCRA or analogous state laws. You may not use GP Check to harass, defame, stalk, or unlawfully surveil any person.

An active subscription is required to view full background-check reports. Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the published rate until canceled. Cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.

Reports are compiled from public sources including SEC filings, federal court records, and the public web. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Any decision you make based on a report is your sole responsibility.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected misuse, or non-payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GP Check is provided as-is. We disclaim all warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding any claim.
